Returns Policy


  • Please note our returns policy:

    • A request to full return products should be made within 7 days from the date of original invoice 
    • All products for return must be in new, resalable condition and in their original packaging
    • All products for return must be packaged in an outer box/satchel with no labels affixed to the products display packaging
    • No returns on non-stocked or special order products (unless faulty or wrong product is shipped)
    • Returns subject to a return shipping charge (will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error)


  1. If the product is defective, fill application form by clicking on Return in footer  or call with the details of the defect.
  2. If the wrong product has been shipped, fill application form by clicking on return in footer or call with the details of the error.

  3. *Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items (for hygienic reasons ), or items returned more than 7 days past delivery.
