- Please note our returns policy:
- A request to full return products should be made within 7 days from the date of original invoice
- All products for return must be in new, resalable condition and in their original packaging
- All products for return must be packaged in an outer box/satchel with no labels affixed to the products display packaging
- No returns on non-stocked or special order products (unless faulty or wrong product is shipped)
- Returns subject to a return shipping charge (will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error)
- If the product is defective, fill application form by clicking on Return in footer or call with the details of the defect.
- If the wrong product has been shipped, fill application form by clicking on return in footer or call with the details of the error.
*Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items (for hygienic reasons ), or items returned more than 7 days past delivery.
